6 Days 5 Nights Sharing ( North Sikkim & Nathula)

Day 1: Arrival in Gangtok

• Pickup from NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport

  • Begin your journey with a scenic drive to Gangtok. Enjoy views of the lush green valleys and the mighty Teesta River along the way.

• Check-In at Your Hotel

  • After reaching Gangtok, settle into your comfortable accommodation. The rest of the evening is free for leisure. Take a stroll along the famous MG Marg, the heart of Gangtok.

Day 2: Gangtok to Lachen

• Morning Departure: Departure by 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM some times may get delayed traffic congestion, Some time  Arriving guest or the departing vehicle may get delayed due to traffic and other issue. Vehicle Type ( Sumo / Bolero / Maxx / Cruiser / Traveller or ar per group size and capacity)

• En Route Sightseeing:

  • Seven Sisters Waterfall: Marvel at the beautiful cascade.
  • Naga Waterfall: A serene waterfall, perfect for photo stops.
  • Singhik View Point: Panoramic views of Mt. Khangchendzonga and Mt. Siniolchu.

• Lunch Break:

  • Midway stop for lunch at a local restaurant.

• Arrival in Lachen:

  • Reach Lachen (8,800 ft) by evening.
  • Check-in at the hotel or homestay.
  • Dinner at the hotel and rest for the night.

Single use Plastic ( like Package Drinking Water Bottel in Banned) - Suggestion : Carry Pet Bottel ( Hard Plastic like example Tupperware) / Steel Bottel, Kindly carry only 1 piece hand luggage that is just required for 1 Night and you can leave your excess luggage in your hotel clock room or you can keep your excess luggage in our office.

Day 3: Lachen – Gurudongmar Lake – Lachung

• Early Morning Departure:

  • Wake up early (4:30 AM) and leave for Gurudongmar Lake after a light breakfast.
  • Carry warm clothes, as it will be very cold.

• Visit Gurudongmar Lake:

  • One of the highest lakes in the world (17,800 ft).
  • Enjoy the serene beauty and spirituality of the lake.

• Return to Lachen:

  • Stop at the hotel for lunch.

• Travel to Lachung:

  • Post-lunch, drive to Lachung (8,600 ft).
  • En route, enjoy scenic views and waterfalls.

• Arrival in Lachung:

  • Check-in at the hotel or homestay by evening.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Lachung.

Day 4: Lachung – Yumthang Valley – Gangtok

• Early Morning Departure:

  • After breakfast, leave for Yumthang Valley, also known as the "Valley of Flowers."

• Visit Yumthang Valley:

  • Located at 11,800 ft, it’s surrounded by vibrant flora (rhododendrons, primulas) during the blooming season (April-May).
  • Optional: Visit the natural hot springs.

• Optional Excursion:

  • Zero Point (Yumesamdong): For an additional cost (~₹500 per person), visit Zero Point (15,000 ft), near the Tibet border, weather permitting.

• Return to Lachung:

  • Head back to Lachung for lunch.

• Drive Back to Gangtok:

  • Start the journey back to Gangtok in the afternoon.
  • Short breaks for refreshments en route.

• Evening Arrival in Gangtok:

  • Conclude your trip by reaching Gangtok between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Day 5: Gangtok to Nathula Pass, Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

• Nathula Sharing Trip Itinerary

  Starting Point: Gangtok ( Vajra Stand or Chandmari Stand or Flower Stand) Actual Pickup Location will be informed 1 Day Prior to the Travel Date

• Reporting Time: 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM
• Pickup Location: Designated points in Gangtok (shared meeting point as arranged by the tour operator).
• Departure Time: 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM (some times may get delayed traffic congestion, Some time  Arriving guest or the departing vehicle may get delayed due to traffic and other issue)

  1. Nathula Pass (Indo-China Border)

• Travel Time from Gangtok: Approx 2 Hours (60 km)
• Stop Duration: 20 minutes to 30minutes
• Description:
  Located at 14,140 feet, Nathula Pass offers breathtaking views and a glimpse of the Indo-China border guarded by soldiers from both nations. A small museum showcasing the history of the border is also present.

  2. Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (New Baba Mandir)

• Travel Time from Nathula Pass: ~45 minutes (10 km)
• Stop Duration: 30 minutes to 45 minutes

  3. Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake)

• Travel Time from Baba Mandir: ~1 hours (20 km)
• Stop Duration: 30 minutes to 45 minutes
• Description:
  A sacred glacial lake situated at an altitude of 12,310 feet. You can enjoy yak rides, take photos of the pristine lake, and shop for local handicrafts at nearby stalls.

  Return Journey to Gangtok

• Departure Time from Tsomgo Lake: Around 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM
• Arrival Time in Gangtok: 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Day 6: Departure

Check-Out and Drop-Off

• After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Our team will ensure a hassle-free drop to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, marking the end of your memorable trip.
