1. A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed/ Sofa cum Bed.
2. AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas.
3. Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of travelling.
4. In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions, etc. and permit is not issued Sunflower travel shall refund full amount in next 2 working days.
5. Once the permit is issued and the journey is started if due to any natural calamity, weather conditions landslide u not able to visit the place no refund shall be entertained.
6. Local transport not included service is stand to stand Vazra.

8. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gangtok East Sikkim.
9. Booking of any travel services represents your acceptance T & C set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand company T & C prior to confirm booking.

11. Local tour agent’s reserves all right to make modifications in tour itinerary/arrangements, hotel and its location if deemed necessary.
12. The tour agent holds itself free of any responsibility for any cause, in all matters connected with hotels, accommodations, sightseeing tours and transportation, whether by air, rail, bus, car or any other means. Any baggage and personal effects are at the owner’s risk throughout the tour or in hotel unless insured.
13. As we will make all effort to retain a regular operation, we reserve all right to cancel any scheduled trip and issue a full refund to affected customers under special circumstances.
14. Departure may be delayed due to traffic office timings, political rally, and religious program.
15. Any cost arising due to landslide, road blockage, political disturbance natural calamities, like (strike) etc need to borne by clients, which is directly payable on the spot to driver.
